Though the office was beautiful, your staff friendly, and the dental care excellent, we encountered questionable business practices which were of concern. See an example below. We paid for a floride treatment that I had been told was "not covered" under our dental care. Then we discovered your office billed our dental insurance and was REPAID for the same Floride Varnish treatment we'd already paid for at the end of my appointment. This business practice is truly unacceptable and has caused us to reconsider our initial decision to select your office for our large family's future dental needs.
