There needs to be more people answering the phones AND assisting customers in the store. The long hold times (7 minutes 28 seconds....oy!)put people off and someone like me, will just hang up. Going into the store isn't much better. Some of the girls just hang about, gossiping and laughing. You are not there for a social outlet. You are there to provide killer customer service and to uphold AVEDA's mission. Be kind to those of us who may not be 20 years old, are not 100 lbs and who do not look like models. That's not what AVEDA is about.
