I love the items this store carries--they have a great range of supplies for the kitchen consumer. Bread pans, Bosch mixers, all the service and parts. Great people work there, too.
One caveat, though. Do your shopping in person. The website is a little unwieldy, and they take FOREVER to ship. When you call to ask, they never quite know why things are so far behind, or what your order status is, and you really don't get much satisfaction. And don't believe them when they tell you they have it in stock--they still won't get it to the Post Office next door quickly unless there's a miracle.
My recent order was placed the 13th, billed to my account on the 25th (big no-no), and when I called they told me they'd shipped on the 23rd. I paid for priority shipping for a reason, and they told me they had the items in stock that day. There's no reason why it couldn't have been shipped a little more promptly. I'm writing this on the 26th, unhappy that I can't use my Bosch until the mail delivery arrives sometime this week...
