The Roto-Rooter employees at 777 Harrison Drive are terrific. The person who I initially spoke to (Tina) was so nice, helpful and very professional. As promised, they called approximately 1/2 hour prior to arrival and were able to accommodate my schedule perfectly. The technician that came to take care of my problem was great. He stayed until the problem was resolved and helped me immensely. His name is John Gleason and I would highly recommend him. All in all this was a very good experience and I would use them again.
