My son and I went to the Olathe store for a prom tux and we were help immediately but the person that started taking my son's measurements took one measurement , then left us standing for 10 minutes, then came back for another measurement and this went on for 40 minutes or so until finally a guy came up to help that we could not understand his language. When my son picked up his tux for the prom, no one explained to him how the button covers worked, the suspenders were missing and his jacket seemed too big. They were going to charge my son an additional $30 but thankfully he called me before he left the store and they corrected the amount due. This will be the last time we use Mens Warehouse.
