Dropped the car off for an oil change and went to lunch. Came back 2 hours later and it was not done. They asked when it needed to be done, said right away now, still ANOTHER hour.\r

3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Then they didn't change the little reminder sticker in the window either. \r

Two other customers were sitting in the waiting for over an hour for their oil changes as well. Why can the quick oil change places get it done in about 10 minutes? Ridiculous!\r

Guess where we WON'T be taking our car again.
