First I hope all is well with you in your endeavors. I would like to clear the air with you. So here we go.
I do run a stable customer service department, i do not run a phone room.
I do have the normal amount of turnover nothing that is out of the ordinary.

I am also unaware of any gossip. At least if there was you never brought it to my attention. You cant solve a problem if you do not know the question.
