We had a kitchen faucet that had gone bad. I called the service department and was immediately set up with an appointment. The lady that set up the appointment was quite friendly and courteous.\r

The repairman came out as scheduled. Jim was extremely nice and also friendly. He explained to us the problem with the faucet and replaced it for us. I also asked Jim to check out our water heater. He did so and gave us some information that would help our heater run good.\r
