WELLENESS PROGRAM IS A FARCE! Though i am being billed each mo. for the program the Oviedo location will not give me appt. for my pet saying acct. is "marked for non-renewal." The corporate office says it is an independently owned office and cannot help. I've called the mgr. countless times, but cannot get through. I am contesting the payments through my card, contacting BBB, and my community pet owners about this. These people have no concern for pets, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
