I had a sewer back up on a Sunday afternoon. The plumber was at my house within 2 hours. Also, no additional service charge for weekend/off hours. Thats what made me decide to call roto-rooter. The plumber was very knowledgable and got my house up and running again. Also, set me up for a camera inspection since he pulled up lots of roots from my main sewer line to the street. Very profession and friendly. Would definately use this company again
