cosmopolitan tech actually showed up at 9am which i had set up with their office.....which,candace who took my call not only scheduled my carpets but also recommended a pet treatment after we had talked about my 3 dogs......anyway....they were so helpful and did a wonderful job! well worth the money......they made my carpets look new and no more doggie odor for under 300 bucks
