To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My son started receiving treatment January 2011 and I think I spent all of 30 seconds talking to Dr.Brust. The last appt. we went to in February I had to go hunt down one of his assistants to find out what was going on with my son's progress. He is way to busy and if he does take a moment to speak with you he refuses to let you get a word in. If you can get a word in it seems as if he's not listening. Heaven forbid you have an emergency!!! We had an emergency on a Sunday, my sons pallet expander fell off on one side, so I had to call his assistant Rachel who acted like such a rude b**ch to myself and my 8 year old. She made sure with her actions to let us know she didn't want to be there, not to mention she basically accused me of giving my son food items that he shouldn't have, even though I told her 3 times that we follow the brace wearers diet. She also made sure to mention how expensive the new cement she was using was. I just t
