I have used Ben Franklin about 3 different times- I've been pleased everytime with service and response but more importantly tha all- I trust them- I view all contractor type people with skeptisim. I was very impressed with all the employees I had the opportunity to meet. Beginning with my phone call to your business, Billy who came to see what our needs were, Jason who removed and installed the water heaters, DAvid came later to replace faucets.
