My cat had surgery and developed complications. When I called and explained to them the symptoms they put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and was told there were emergencies that had called or arrived after my call that they were treating first. I am an ER nurse and I know a complication when I see it. The staff at Falls Road are rude, ignorant, uncaring, and need further education on the proper treatment of animals and people.
