I was excited about trying Incontro as it’s in the neighborhood and Franklin does not have many mid range eateries. The customer service was awful. Our food took way too long to arrive, the wait staff was inattentive and when we asked to speak to the manager he could not have cared less about our concerns and said there was nothing he could do. He was somewhere between rude and indifferent. \r
Very disappointing as the restaurant has a decent décor and feel when you first arrive. \r
