I was seen in Jan 2011. Both times at this store, not one employee smiled. When I was greeted, the grim female didn't even look up from the computer. Be prepared, as if you going to a car dealership, they will try to upsell, upsell, upsell! If your looking for $900+ glasses (this is what the customer in front of me paid) and very lousy unattentive service, visit this place. If not, do not come here.
