WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!
Found out the coverage was way below my current coverage! That's how they give a better rate, leaving me with a hidden PIP deductible and under-insured.
They gave me a quote which was actually 50% less than my current policy. I asked for a written quote, instead of just read off over the phone. I wanted to make sure it matched my other coverage. Andrew was very polite said he'd send. Never sent. Michele... Never have I been spoken to, as a potential customer, with such utter rudeness. You did it twice. Later found out that Andrew and Michele are the Owners. I would never choose such an agency with such terrible customer service to provide my insurance. Filing a complaint with American Southwest Insurance, who they represent.
