Elmer and Ramone did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Eco-friendly products and not so abrasive to the carpet as steam or other water based systems.\r

One thing you may want to remind them to do is clean out your floor vents as particles do fall into the vents and come out as a thin dust when the AC or Heat comes on.
