Appointment set up and quote process was great. Terry came out right on time and cleaned 5 expensive area rugs. All rugs had not been cleaned for 10+ years and some had stains I didn't think would come out. All rugs turned out great. I was skeptical of this dry clean process, but I would absolutely use them again.
