I've had nothing but negative experiences with this place:\r
- They gave me the wrong computer when I came to pick up mine. I was the one who had to alert them to the problem.\r
- They didn't load up my old files and programs onto the new computer.\r
- They didn't alert me to hardware changes that would affect installation of high speed internet, phone lines, keyboard and mouse, which resulted in 3 different trips back to the store.\r
- Ongoing service is also an issue. They typically won't even look at your device for 5 - 7 days unless you pay $80 to expedite service. \r

I'd put up with the overly-cheery sales folks if the service compensated, but I've been nothing but unimpressed. \r
