Flooded basement. No hot water and washer dryer in peril. Called Appliance Mann. Arrived on time and proceeded to manually take apart washer and dryer down to the wires. Ran cycles on each machine to ensure safety and working condition. Never have I encountered such a thorough and directly accurate technician. The tech was so polite and cordial. The total cost was only55 for the service charge and his home base was not down the block. For future appliance mishaps I would not call anybody else but Appliance Mann. Thank you for your help
