The products they sell are good brands and they sell them at good prices as well. However, when I first went in to get my pioneer radio installed, they had originally told me 30-60 minutes. So I waited there thinking I would be there for around 45 min. Little did I know I was going to be sitting there for a whole 2 and a half hours!!! So once I finally got my car back, I drove off and noticed that after hitting bumps, the radio rattled a whole lot AND they forgot to give me my remote that was included with the radio. When I got back to retrieve my remote, I told them about the rattle. They then replied that my car was missing a bracket and that is where the rattling came from. Thanks for telling me guys...So I drive off and about a month later, the right side of the radio is very loose and a few days later, the other side comes loose as well, so now i have a nice pioneer radio just sitting in my dash not anchored into the car at all. So I take it in, and this time they at least warn me there cars in front of me and they couldn't work on my car for another two hours so I arranged to have a ride. They called me around closing to say that it was ready. The radio looked better then ever and was nice and tight in the dash. However, a week later, the radio is in the same position as before and I was able to see that they used glue to ""fix"" it. GLUE!!!
Moral of the story, you can get good products from them, but they don't know crap about installing them.
