If I could give this company Zero stars, I would. I called today, asked for a cab-- was told 'Wouldnt be long'. I understood tihs was just a tactic for not giving a time frame. Waited over and hour and called back, asked for an estimated time frame Id have to wait. 'Im still trying to get someone out there' is what I was told. So no one was even on the way. An hour later. So I asked again, how long. The dispatcher by the name of 'Brian' gets nasty and starts cussing and hangs up on me. I call back and say one thing 'Can I speak to your supervisor'. He says 'Supervisor? Whats that mean? Who has a supervisor?' I say 'Sorry, Ill break it down for you, your Boss' he cusses at me some more, and again hangs up. I call a 3rd time, at this point Im livid. Who talks to people-- customers at that, in this manner? People who dont want to deal with the public, shouldnt and this man should be fired, or put somewhere he doesnt have to open his disrespectful mouth. \r

One of the reviews says 'In their defense, they talk to a lot of people'. Thats what dispatchers do. You dont hear 911 operators or Police dispatchers talk this way. I did not call 5 mins later, and if people do-- I shouldnt be treated like that no matter how many times someone else called. BUT In Brians Defence-- He probably didnt complete high school & this is the only job he can maintain. Im not sure how he gets dressed in the morning to be honest. \r
