I thought they did a very thorough job and only cut where needed to be cut. My trees didn't look butchered at the end but just more beautiful. Leo, Bale, Cruz, Tino, and Fausto were all very friendly and worked hard. They would ask us questions about specific branches and get our input before cutting/re-shaping different questionable areas. I will use again and highly recommend.
