We avoid busy times by eating early or late, so we never have been more than 2nd in line. The ribs here are what the serious BBQ makers in Maryland did when I was a kid--long smoked, deeply flavored, and delicious. The conch salad is a healthy and delicious alternative with wonderful dressing of lemon juice and seasonings. Fried conch is tender and light--we soak up the oil with a napkin before eating it, as we do all fried food anywhere. With Caribbean beers and the screened open almost outdoors seating, it's like a quick trip to the Bahamas with EXCELLENT food. No better ribs in PB County (at least not at the several places we've tried).
