It had been a while since I've eaten at watershed, so I wasn't sure what to expect when we went here last night. My family was in town, so it was close to where they were staying; Watershed did not disappoint. The FOOD was amazing, and the service was excellent. I had the porkbelly appetizer, with the Trout and crabmeat topping, great job. And the prices weren't too high, which was nice. I'll definitely go back more often after this last experience, thanks guys!
