On Monday March 7, 2011, I checked out the items I had purchased and paid with my debit card.\r
When I returned home, I had a message on my answering machine from my bank asking me to call the bank. When I returned the call I was told I had left my debit card at Big Lots. \r
I called the store imediately and was told it was there and they would hold it for me. I explained I would be back in Elkin on Wednesday and If she would keep it in a safe place until then , since I live so far from the store. she assured me it would be locked up and kept safe until I could pick it up.\r
On Wednesday I returned to the store and spoke with Helen White, who in fact had found my card. She returned my card safely. I would like to commend Ms. White for taking care of my debit card and keeping it in a locked drawer. In this time of so much dishonesty and people trying to steal your information it is truly a blessing to find a person with moral values and an honest heart. I appreciate what Helen White did for me. I feel very fortunate such a fine upstanding citizen found my card. Big Lots in Elkin NC is very fortunate to have a person like Helen White. Thank You again,\r
