Appalling that of ALL places, a sausage restaurant would serve their fare uncooked. And then stir in one aloof server who doesn't seem to be at all concerned when I send the plate back...and reappears unapologetically in a couple minutes with a burnt-on-the outside, plate...not even not garnished but just sausage and fries. Then the bill comes...with no adjustment. No apology along the way, not even a hint of concern or regret. Sorry folks, killer fries will never make up for crappy service and uncooked sausage.
