Recently bought a new TV, sub-woofer, AV receiver and stereo speakers at A&B. The TV is very nice, but the Denon AV receiver they recommended (apparently the only one they carry) is so complicated and non-intuitive that it is rendered non-fuctional for lay people. We had to hire a technician to come out, set it up, and try to explain how to work it ($250). He apparently had to take an 8 hour course to learn how to program it. It is still a mind boggling process just to play a movie in surround sound. Hence the universal remote ($300) plus another trip by the tech to program it (another couple of hundred bucks). Poor advice, poor selection, poor service. Really disappointed and out about 8 grand. Expensive mistake. more
