I called Samsung to report a problem with our refrigerator. They referred me to this company. I called, and the woman said she would call the repairman to check on his schedule and get back with me. When I didn't hear back from her for the next 4 hours, I called her back. She said she would call the repairman again. The repairman called me, and said he would come out to my house in about 2 hours. He showed up and stated that my refrigerator should be put on a GFCI outlet. He also stated that he would order some parts, and get back with me. I never heard from him again. I called the company, and they said they would have him call me. He never has. I called and complained to Samsung. They said they would look into it. Other repairmen have told me that you never put a refrigerator on a GFCI outlet. This company is very suspicious. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
