When the high school tore down some buildings, the surrounding houses were overrun with rats. I had multiple estimates for a job to insulate the crawlspace and eliminate rats that had moved into the garage and were frequently seen on the property. EE was the most expensive estimate but it was also the most thorough approach to the problem. With some initial hassles, it turned out to be a good job and the ongoing service has been reliable and effective. Without the initial problems getting the job going, I'd rate a full star higher. Not sorry I went with them in the end. My neighbors went with some of the other companies I had estimates from and they still have rat problems.
