SCAMS!! BAD PLACE!! BAD Customer Service...
So here is the situation on why a bad review. I came to Austin for 5 months for a contract for work. Call E-Z and they said 'okay, we'll set it up'.
I specifically said I was leaving in 5 months. Call today to set up pick up...well they are two weeks out for pick up. They say this so they can charge you another month (""we don't prorate"") It's the 7th...contract is up in a week. Nope...they are saying I have to pay another month. So I tell them I will just dispute it with my credit card.
He calls back 10 minutes later and says ""oh, you signed a 6 month contract"". Now, why would I sign a 6 month contract when I was only going to be in Austin for 5 months? For free delivery??? It is cheaper to pay for delivery then another month. Ignorant people. They scam you! Stay away! Called my credit card company and they blocked all charges from this place. Sad you have to do this!
