Short Ribs a la Diabla is tender beef short ribs smothered in a spicy Diablo sauce and white wine reduction. It is served with whipped Yukon potatoes and sauteed escaveche. The short ribs are extremely tender and the Diablo sauce is wonderfully flavorful and spicy. The mix of the short ribs and the whipped potatoes is just devine. WARNING: If you don't like spicy food, you might want to give this one a pass. This dish is definitely for the experienced spicy food eater.
