Without any hesitation, he was eager to deliver our food promptly, correct an order when he found out a member of our party was allergic to wheat and recommend appropriate alternatives, and he never made us feel rushed even though we were the last ones out. 33% didn't seem enough, and I'm honestly kicking myself for not giving it to him in cash. Rereading this, this kind of sounfs like a fake post, except I know I'm not the only one impressed with his candor and professionalism. If he doesn't love his job, he's fooling a lot of people; he deserves good things in life, and definitely a raise.
