I visited 8 bridal salons in NYC in my search for the perfect dress. At each location, the sales people made me feel like a princess...except Mark Ingram. The receptionist did not smile once the entire time we were there and as soon as the person assigned to me heard by budget (under $4,500 which is totally reasonable) it was as though I didn't exisit. She brought me 4 dresses, left the dressing room and never came back. My mom and I were disgusted and even if I had liked one of their dresses, I never would have bought it at MI. So unless you have an unlimited budget, don't expect any special treatment from this place.
