The one star rating is based on the ridiculous prices of this store. My husband had a pendant made for me as his wedding gift to me and paid quadruple the price of any other store just for the name. The pendant came without a necklace and they didn't even tell him he'd have to pay extra for that! Basically he paid $1500 for what looks like a $100 pendant. The quality of the pendant is sub-par and looks like it'd break in half if I just squeeze it. Very disappointed and will not recommend this store to anyone.
