I had always taken my VW to the dealer and I wanted to try someplace closer to S. Austin. After doing some research I came across Leonard's. The shop was close and had raving reviews so I thought I would give it a try.
I needed a tune up as well as a timing belt replacement for my VW and was quoted a very fair price which was much better than the dealer. Also, a warning light had come on which I was concerned about. Brandon, the manager at the shop went above and beyond to help me out. He answered all of my questions and explained exactly what the problem was. Everyone at the shop was very personable and I was kept informed throughout the repair process. Even after picking up my vehicle Leonard's followed up and made sure I was fully satisfied with the work that was done.
Overall, it was a great experience. Leonard's is a shop that I can trust and I plan to bring my VW back for any and all future repairs.
