They have got on the right track!!Dreamline now has Madman Vinny,he""s got 16yrs tattooing exp. and used 2 own FatKats tattoo in Atlantic city.He has done all my tattoos and when he joined up with Dreamline 2yrs ago I followed him there.They also have 2 new top of the line artist as well.
