As far as a roller rink goes, the skating is fine.\r

My complaint is the customer service. I bought 3 pairs of skates - one was defective and they refused to replace it, even though I purchased it that day.\r

They kept blaming me, and even after one of the staff tried skating with my skates and confirmed my issue, no one offered to replace the skate.\r

I now have to go to the manufacturer to get the skate repaired. \r
\r
The whole experience was awful - you don't get customer loyalty by treating customers like that.\r
