I have worked with Steven Cope for many years and have grown considerably during that time. He is compassionate and practices great empathy but he does not coddle. He challenges me and forces me to examine difficult and painful areas without being cold or detached. His style is reality-based and without knowing him personally I am reassured by the sense that he practices what he preaches. He offers an ideal blend of theory and practical advice, encouragement and discipline. I would not be the person I am today without him.
