I like renting from Group Fox because they take care of things in a more timely manner. Things like annual pest control, and maintenance like window washing get done regularly. During the whole rental process, from when we first took a tour of the apartment, things went smoothly. Our maintenance guy lives on site, so I just call his cell and leave him a message if I need some work done in our apartment. My rent is reasonable given the location, and our apartment is very spacious.
