Very poor service, they don't care and since they are all related, it doesn't matter what manager you go to to voice your complaint.it falls on deaf ears. The service personnell are rude and indifferent and just try to get your call returned it is nearly impossible. What happened to the days when you took the time to listen to a customers' concerns, or you wanted their loyalty? It is all about the money at South Hills Chrysler Jeep and Kia. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
