Monza car staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. My experience starting from the first conversation over the phone until arriving at the dealership a week later. Allen, very pleasant to talk to and was able to meet my needs as expressed in the very beginning. During my visit I had the pleasure of meeting other staff and they too very pleasant and friendly.
