Ok so I brought my Alienware notebook in reluctantly, but needed if fixed. Reluctantly, because I go thru withdrawals when I can't game :-(- The symptoms were 1. Not starting into Windows 7 and 2. Very loud fans
The girl at the counter was calming and reassured that they would get to it quickly. So I left my AW and took family to Lego-land
An hour and a half later a tech calls with diagnostics. He tells me that the fans are actually fine - just needed to be cleaned. Good news. The reason for not getting into windows was a failed Microsoft Update. Ok so what is the cost? 79.00 !!! and it would be ready in an hour (Same Day)!!! Very impressed. On our way back from Lego-land, I picked up my baby and had a perfect evening of Dawn of War! I will refer them to all gamers, family and friends!
