Extremely RUDE customer service. Not helpful at all. All sales reps sound very uneducated and if they hate their jobs. I ask for a very simple quote and she seem very upset to provide me with one asking in very rude manner ?what do you want?? don?t you have your own price book to get your own price instead of calling us. I mean aren?t this calls recorded? Why would anyone keep an employee with such rude manners? Myself working for a glass company for a very long time know that this kind of SERVICE is unacceptable. I will no longer order from western states glass corp. ever again.
