Allen Grooms is not a licensed plumber and falsely identifies himself as such. Furthermore, he refuses to pull permits with the city for his work. On 11/23/10, he incorrectly informed me that I needed $1,000 worth of plumbing repairs. On 3/10/11, I won a judgment against him in Will County small claims court. Mr. Grooms refuses to pay. He frequently curses and hangs up on me when attempting resolution. Avoid hiring this man.
