I am fuming right now with the way the dealt with my tax. They were prompt in charging my bank account and as soon as this step was done, they started ignoring my calls. Took me good one week to get an appointment. They did not call at the appointment time and never returned my call. Just called me at random times during my work meetings. I promptly submitted all my tax forms and they did not respond back to me in 2 weeks.
Should have saved my time not approching these people. I am surprised that they are even surviving with such poor customer care n worst services.
BOTTOMLINE: Don't even think of visiting them. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!! Don't believe the 5 star comments, those are self-promotions.
