We contacted Chem-Dry of Cary last week to have a a couple of rooms cleaned. They were able to come out the same day. We had 2 bedrooms, a large hallway and staircase done. The crew - a male and female were pleasant, professional and hardworking. The job was completed in less than an hour. The carpets (cream colored frieze) look amazing! What a great job! No mess...no soggy carpets! We'll definitely use them in the future.
