For starters, the address for Joes Unlocking is an empty lot. We have attempted to contact this company several times for service but a woman who answers the phone explains that her husband is in the hospital for a few days and cannot perform the services we requested. Normally this would be acceptable, except for the fact that it has happened on more than a dozen attempts to contact them for service over the span of 3 years. At that time they were a contracted provider for 1-800-UNLOCKS and eventually after our last attempt to contact them for a service job to unlock a car with a child in it, their phone had been disconnected.
