I had my Samsung LED TV repaired today by Gabes Electronics. They called me after receiving a workorder from Samsung to schedule the service time and date with me. Gabes was able to give me a 2 hour window as to when they would arrive. The day of service the repair tech called me 30 min from my home making it very easy for me to leave work and meet him. The tech knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be replaced. The tech had my tv repaired in less than 30 min and after the repair he explained what part had to be replaced. He also showed me some features in the TV's menu that could be turned on the make the picture even better. The repair I had done was under the Samsung warranty still so I didn't have to pay. If I have problems with my tv after the manufacturer warranty expires I will definitely call Gabes.
